Rent Payments

When are the rent installments/payments due?
Rent payments are due on the 1st of every month and late after the 5th of each month.

How can I make a payment?

We accept checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in the office made payable to Two21 Armstrong. As an alternative payment option, we also accept credit card, debit card, and ACH payments online at two21armstrong.com on the resident portal. We do not accept cash payments.

What is included in the rent payment each month?

Included in the monthly rent is water/sewage, trash, parking, pest control.

What utilities are the residents responsible for? 

Our residents are responsible for power through Alabama Power and cable/internet through Spectrum.

Application and Lease Agreement

Can I fill out an application online?

Yes, you can access the application online at two21armstrong.com! You can view each floorplan and click the Apply Now button under the desired floorplan. Once you complete the online application, you will then be contacted by a member of our staff with requests for additional information needed.

How long are the lease terms?

We offer 12-month leases beginning in August and expiring on July 31 of the following year.

Do I sign a lease agreement with my roommate(s)?

No. Our leases are individual. Only the resident and their guarantor sign our leases. The only time you would be required to sign a joint lease with your roommate and his or her guarantor is if you are occupying the same bedroom.

Guarantor

What is a guarantor?
A guarantor is a person, 25 years or older, who is a resident of the U.S. that will co-sign for the financial responsibility of the lease agreement.

When is a guarantor required?

Any applicant who cannot meet the financial requirements will need a guarantor to co-sign the lease agreement. The guarantor will need to complete the guarantor portion of the application if one is required.


Roommates / Roommate Matching

Do you have a roommate matching service?

Yes, once you complete your application, you will then be contacted by a member of the Two21 Armstrong staff with information of available roommate match bedrooms.

Can I request specific roommates?

Yes, once you complete and application for yourself and your guarantor, you will receive and need to complete a placement questionnaire that requires you to put your desired roommates names that way you will be paired together during the assignment process. This will need to be completed by every roommate in the apartment.

Management

Is there an on-site management office?

A professional management team is on site in the Leasing Office. This team includes a property manager, assistant property manager, a leasing consultant, and a service team that are happy to help you. The service team is on call 24/7 for emergency requests.
